  I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CARTER FUNERAL HOME BECAUSE OF THE WAY MY SON, DAVID, WAS TREATED WHEN TRYING TO VISIT HIS DAD, ARTHUR D. FLORY, BEFORE VIEWING. HE JUST WANTED TO SPEND SOME PRIVATE TIME WITH HIS DAD BEFORE THE VIEWING. I DO NOT PLAN ON USING CARTER FUNERAL FOR FUTURE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS.
